Tropical Avocado (Margarida)

Tropical avocados (Persea americana) are produced from a thick evergreen tree that sheds its leaves in early spring. Although the flesh is typically dark green near the fruit’s skin, it has a yellowish color as it approaches the pit.

Margarida Avocado is a spherical fruit, medium in size with a fairly thick skin, bright green in colour and yellow fibreless pulp.
